You cannot receive payments via paypal. This violates their terms of service TOS. You can receive payments by epassporte.com which seems to be the adult preference.

Further, you do not need a credit card to be an affiliate. Nor should webmaster programs force you to join ccbill. Not sure what you mean. Your requirement is to be of legal age, 18-19 years of age in most jurisdictions.

The usual way to get paid is with a check in which case you don't need anything more than a bank account.

Most adult websites process with CCBill and therefore use them for their affiliate program. Most affiliates prefer to sign up with sponsor programs that use CCBill because they know they'll get paid. No one is forcing you to signup with CCBill but if they use CCBill to manage their affiliate program you don't have much choice. ;)

Almost every second sponsor nowadays can register epassporte account for you as soon as you reached min payment amount, promoting sponsors' sites. With your epassporte card you're able to withdraw money in any ATM-mashine all over the world.

go for a free epassporte by a sponser tho, saves you 35$+5$.
Awe gives out free epassporte.
You might wanne check payoneer as well, its more secure.
