We use them, but I do suspect they have mail issues, most of my emails to them go unanswered. Try Kourosh on ICQ.

No comparison. LocalBilling specializes in foreign processing and they do a top notch job at it as well. We use them and are very happy with the results as well as their entire staff.

Localbilling is pretty classy. We've had some growing pains with them, but they've developed into a nicely dedicated bunch. I'm happy with how they've handled our foreign sales.
