Why are you bothering putting it in the admin area when no-one sees it anymore? You should ask Globill if they will give you some links!!:1orglaugh :1orglaugh

exciting? getting a blow job is exciting ...getting a bill for $750 sucks but just not the same way....

**VISA Sponsored Merchant registration system,**

Meaning

Ccbill is now going to be our GateWay and we will be Sub Merchants.

Like having a Merchant Account with Netbilling as your Gateway who does all the scrubbing for you.

Major difference. Between the bank merchant at 4-5% and transaction charges 80 cents plus 20 cents we will be paying 13 % to our gateway. We also don't have to pay the $ 2500.00 setup fee.

wonderful...right after I get home from getting a tooth pulled, I get to see the "exciting" new VISA registration form.

Am I a lucky guy or what?

I Love the part about them being "AVAIABLE" at any time .... I have tried calling constantly and "sales" are normally in a meeting.........

While I realise I am international , so the time difference is tricky, I would still like to be able to have my questions answered....

Some customer service for my $$$$$$$$$$:1orglaugh

If you don't already have an account manager, you should. That also gives you an ICQ contact, which is very useful. I've had no real problems with CCBill support.

I thought this site explains EVERYTHING about CCbill's intentions on wellfare of this industry as a whole,
and that they are always eager to follow all rules and regulations

I do have an account manager... called him ...in a meeting..... NO MENTION of the ICQ option.......was told to call back 9-5 monday-friday.....
whoever works those hours is one lucky s.o.a.g.....

I couldn't even get the guys extension number to leave a message......

So what now !!!!!!!!!!!!!!?????????????????:(

I do have to jump into this regarding Customer Service because I don't email nobody. I am one of those old fashion people who call

Here is my stand on Webmaster Support and yeah, I have each of those billers and I have a rep in each

Ccbill - best tech support - best overall support
PSW - After one year I finally got a directline - Never really had any problems
Ibill - Never had a problem with contacting anybody there
Verotel - I only call the Netherlands and never the US phones. Also great Webmaster Support
Globosale - I call Switzerland and don't have any problems getting thru

I think the trick is

Get your reps name, his direct number or extension, be aware these guys are pencil pusher and work 9-5 than you should have zero problems getting thru to them. And yup they will call you back

I think all have great Webmaster Support period. Stressed lately,, yup,, keep in mind they might be some people not having a job in a few weeks.
