Mix you up some moppin' sauce. I like half apple juice, half cider vinegar.

i do a similar style, okok - except i smoke 'em for about 7-8hrs, slower & less heat. i soak pork sholders/butts in brine the night before. and i use bad byron butt rub. thats badass shit. |
