the funny thing is that its real ... some pre production "bold's" got leaked/stolen a few sold on ebay a few weeks ago, its not the final product though...
and whoever gets it is gonna get scammed cause RIM already blacklisted all the phone PINS off all those pre production "bold's" , berry with a blacklisted pin is a useless berry :P

i got my curve 1 week before it was out, and it was the final release
thing is RIM hated that and now its happening again with the bold ... so they blacklisted those pins
