How much "Sleep" is too much sleep????????

Because of my incontinent dog, I'm up and down all night and usually don't get more than 3 hours in a row. It has TOTALLY messed my sleeping and I've found that after I've fed the dogs in the AM and go back and try to catch up, I have THE most vivid, bizarre dreams. I need to start writing them down and write a book!
I love vacationing because I get to sleep all night, but the first night or two I will almost always still wake up every 3 hours, lol. |

More than 12 hrs is too much. 7-8 hrs is pretty much average, ~10 is for me.

People that sleep more than 10 hours or less than four hours a day are more likely to die sooner. 8.25 hours is average. Hope science answers your question :)

hmm everyday I am in bed by 12-3am and wake at 7-9.. 10 im very lucky.
