What would you pay for a Howard Stern plug?
If anyone here is a fan of the show, you know who Will "the farter" is. He recently applied to be on one of our cam sites believe it or not. He's going to be making an appearance on the show again in June and asked if I wanted to pay for a plug. At the bare minimum the least he'd do is wear a Logo T-shirt and say our site name on the show. We can get more creative though. Now the reason he's going on the show is to do some fart painting. He'd need a jock strap for that so I thought it might be creative to put our logo on the jock strap as well. So if it were you...what would ya pay for that exposure, as weird as it may sound?

Get in touch with Andy, no idea what his gfy nick is, but he had his review site discussed on the stern show.

We launched a magazine on the Howard Stern Show. Looker Magazine. www.lookergirls.com and really didn't get much of a bump from the anouncement.
We went further then a simply plug, as we had Linsey Dawn McKenzie www.linseysworld.com on the show, and he got to tease her about her boobs being real. We did this a while back, when the show was over the radio, and in my opinion had allot more exposure then it does now. All I'm saying, just don't spend to much for the plug, you may not be able to quantify or see it's value. |

He could say those names over and over and over and over and over again......The names are just too generic and boring to stick in the minds of the consumer.... |
People who listen to that show don't know how to work a computer.

Great show shitty traffic, several girls/sites I've talked to who have been ON the show (not just an ad) all have said the same thing 10,000 hits - 0 signups
Don't waste your time |
radio plugs arent shit...no matter what show they come from. They dont convert into traffic at all. Waste money on better converting methods of traffic.
|
I think he talk about that shit so much now its diluted in its effect.

Not sure if it matters but we'd be advertising our nudeadultcams.com site and it would make the radio and be on the howard tv show. Still shitty?
Also no one gave me a price for what you would pay? |
I wouldn't pay anything. I actually did a fifteen to twenty minute phone-in interview about three years ago on the show to promote a non-fiction book I'd written on the 80's music scene. The interview went great, but sold maybe ten copies from it. Same thing a month later with the Mancow show.
OTOH, all the interviews I did with crappy little regional stations in the middle of nowhere produced tons of sales. Go figure... |

I've never seen their logo and maybe it would be memorable....But the name I wouldn't remember... |
