Isnt Chinese more a larger type of cuisine an not really um anything in particular.

Personally I mixed up and prepped a meatloaf and some soon to be twice baked potatoes. The meatloaf just needs to be tossed into the oven and the potatoes are pre baked and stuffed, just will need to spend a few minutes in the oven as well. Then a mixed greens salad and some pea's from the garden.

OMG, I went to a 16 course Chinese tasting dinner last night and I am SO craving at least 2/3 of everything. SOOOOO good. And only 78 miles away......

But tonight I had a BBQ sandwich which is 4 miles away :(

I was told at the tasting dinner last night that there are 7 different Chinese cuisines. Please don't ask me to name them. :helpme

I'm heading up to my inlaws for dinner tonight. There will be everything under the sun to eat..not only that, I get to take home a really big doggy bag for the rest of the week. :)
