The Vatican owns the most land worldwide, so my guess would be the Catholic Church as well.

Growing up, my family's parish used to bring in over $50k a week. Not a bad racket for 1 church out of 100 in a decent sized city.

Tough one, I'd say either The Catholic Church or the US government.

The church has like a billion members and tons of property, artifacts, and art that's priceless. But even including tithing and donations from church goers I have trouble imagining they pull in near the amount of money the US government collects every year.

The Catholic Church are in possesion of single artifacts that are worth more than most countries gross national product. Think about it, one item worth billions. When you factor in all of the art, property and donations the Catholic Church is by far the richest single "business" entity in the world...bar none.
