While phonebilling may not be the highest revenue making solution, phonebilling still works great in France, conversions ratios are quite high, at least for us, while many people in Frace do own credit cards, many of them will rather not use them for paying in the internet:2 cents::2 cents:

the only thing i can tell you is that every french webmasters is dropping micropayment nowadays.
Not because it's dead, but because they make 5 to 10 times more sending onto a credit card sponsors.
