Found a cool site for helping me loss weight; http://caloriecount.about.com Wonder if we should set up a weight loss support group on GFY? God knows alot of us spend enough time here. |

I'm not on a diet, I don't to it intentionally, but approx. 10 times a month I skip meat.

My friend have diet that he eat only 1500 cal in day and loss weight from 113 kg for 93 kg , but I think if somebody want be in very good shape he also must training , not only diet , but this is my opinion :)

If you want to loose weight the key is exercise and eating better, not necessarily less. If you are burning a lot of calories in a day your body needs that energy. What is important here is what you are eating and what calories you are burning from my understanding. Seems to work for me and I wasn't over 200lbs before loosing some weight so...
On a side note, you will probably be more successful with this if you just write this all down in a book since you aren't always near a computer when you eat. The more you have to think about what you are doing the more chance you have that it will stick. And finally, just going on a crash diet is going to do nothing for you in the long run, the weight that you lost is going to go right back on unless you change your lifestyle. |

But I'm maintaining and still losing REALLY slowly now and not doing much of anything. It seems I'll fluctuate about 5 pounds back and forth but ultimately I'm still losing weight. Hoo rah for me. :)

Anytime I try an actual diet... I end up thinking I'm starving! LOL I just try to eat healthy with a good amount of protein. I take Sundays as an eat whatever I want day though.
