While they are very popular, they are one of the worst to track sales/leads.

He is running the program not an affiliate for it what does he care ;-)

Take a look at http://www.myaffiliates.com - mostly gaming clients but can be plugged into any e-commerce system.

You would want one that works with your billing solution. Do they not have any suggestions?

If you are going to pick a script before the billing solution, then probably a custom built one would be the way to go.

Directtrack is good. It becomes unnecessarily costly at a certain point though.

Affiliates that have been on DirectTrack hate DT with a passion. I know I won't send traffic to programs that use it.

DirectTrack sucks. If you've used it before, you'll know. If you haven't, stay clear of it.
