Country's that use USD as currency
What country's rely or base their currency on the USD, or in other words were does a dollar still means something rather than 0,54??

In Angola people normally use dollars

there are a few places that have their currencies pegged to the US dollar....China used to be until they depegged it last year...Hong Kong is still pegged to the dollar, but depending on how the US currency goes that may not be true for much longer.

I don't think this is what you want, but I am pretty sure that many countries in the Caribbean and Central America will accept dollars. Pretty sure Mexico will, it was when I was there last... being on the border, I'm sure much of it still does.

All use USD along with their own currency. Cuba claimed to stop using USD about 2 years ago, but it is still used among the people. |
