If the surfer joins the site and unchecks all the x-sales, will sponsors still pay me the big PPS?

They Should, We do.

Obviously yes.

The cross sales are just to add to the sponsors profit (or to enable them to offer the high payouts per trial).

The payout does't differ if your particular surfer checks/unchecks a cross sale during the join process.
