affiliates using CG Pay (like Dean Arrow)
 

I have noticed a lot of affiliates are using the cheque cashing services of CG Pay http://www.cgpay.co.uk/en/services/check_cashing/

Affiliates using this service all have slovic sounding names and all use privacy services on their whois, which makes it impossible to verify their real addresses and information.

We have already banned Dean Arrow and Associates as a payout option, should we do the same for CG Pay?

Dean Arrow is a mail/payment forwarding agency, and it's a way for affiliates to hide their location and identity. And it looks like CG Pay is another one of these services. I really don't like affiliates that find the need to hide themselves to this extent, if you are doing this as a legit business then at least provide proper information to those that pay you.
