Paysite from someone elses content
 

Aight fellers,

I was just happened to be looking on ebay for "adult website" and came across an auction that was just about to end. Bid was up to like $400 bucks .. I emailed the seller and he gave me the URL and admin login.. I login and notice there's a ton of content already... BUT it's TWISTYS content and shit like Carli Banks and some other shit.. I know for a fucking fact that this dude did not shoot this shit.. Could have bought it, but for $400 bucks and some change for all that HD content, either the dude is getting one hell of a deal or the content is stolen.

I look at the site and its structured like a membership site. So the guy is charging people whatever to get to the members area that just has full sets of other peoples content..

So.. my question to you guys is WTF? Are people doing this all the time and how long until the site is shutdown and ... is the dude buying the site fucked? Does he have to take all that content down? Auction stated content came with it...

and yes u can get them suspended, i use to sell high lvl accounts for this one free online game on ebay... now if i up anyhting that has to do with that the auction is deleted right away... the company payed ebay top dollars to stop account selling on ebay, same thing could be done but content owners are the ones that are going to have to contact ebay.

Actually....all anybody has to do is contact ebay and say there is ANYTHING "adult" about a listing and they will take it down. I was once selling a guitar on ebay and said "this guitar kicks ass" and ebay made me take out the word "ass" They are VERY stringent about that shit. Of course there is tons of adult shit on there...but the minute someone complains...down it goes. At least that has been my experience. And I was told by a couple of big time ebayers that that is the policy of ebay. Family friendly if you will.

The concept is legal, but Twisty's is exclusive as far as I know. Stolen content is obviously illegal.

I hate those flash interfaces. Gives flash a bad name. Why do you need a scroll to pan an image when the window you provide only takes up 20% of my screen? Plus it introduces a bunch of delays. If they are going to use flash it should be a pain in the ass and slower.

How is the concept legal everything is stolen including the design
