Got extra weight? My experience of loosing some extra....

Okay, i'm 110% sure that most of you fuckers got some extra working in the biz late nites eating burgers and candy bars and you can barely see your erected dick now so, please read on and see how easy it can be to get rid of so called mirror sickness.

I'm not saying i found out a cure pill for losing extra weight but i can tell what worked for me.
I followed these steps and lost 30 pounds in 1,5 months.

1. Moved out of big city to a small town sea shore
2. Walk 3-4 hours a day under the southern warm sun
3. Eat healthy regular meal 4 times a day

What does it mean to you? No traffic, no use of a car ( just occasional cab ), walk 3 hours a day, clean air, no stress on the streets, much less people ( fuckers like you too ).

P.S.: no super sex actually, just sleep day time and some lazy family style doggy or shower sessions :)

30 lbs in a month and a half? thats nuts!

I quit drinking, work out like a fiend now, and have lost 40 total lbs...

but man, 30lbs in that time is great!

awesome!!!! im in the process of losing wieght as well and so far so good

The 4 (small)meals a day is great tip. I would go even further and say to nibble on carrots, or something else healthy all day long. It keeps the metabolism going.

All these fuckers who skip breakfast are basically setting themselves up to fail.

Also, I notice weight falls off when I do one big cardio session -- and here it comes...the be all, end all of weight loss tips -- ADD another 15-20 minute cardio session at some other time of the day. It's always when I do that extra, short session that I get into really good shape.

I was doing really good, but dropped the balls, back to phase one, sigh.

sniperwolf 05-20-2008 10:20 AM

good for you! but walking 3 hours everyday isn't that easy for me!

might gotta go to the gym instead. but those tips sounds good! :winkwink:

Sid70 05-20-2008 10:28 AM

not making any super abs approach here, jsut wanna feel easier and learn to WALK again, cus city living its in car style. Thats probably why it worked for me this soon. Its always like that on start and gets harder to loose more later on. My aim is getting 1 belt hole back at least :)

CaptainHowdy 05-20-2008 10:30 AM

I agree, walking helps a ton losing weight.

There's a lot of sugar in carrot. :)

Have already lost 10 pounds. Craving pizza, but still making it.

Walking every day.

kmanrox 05-20-2008 10:48 AM

i lost 50 lbs last year just by following this simple plan:

cardio 7 days a week, min 30 mins per day
workout 45 mins, 4 days a week

eating:
carb / protein cycle diet 6 small meals per day

wakeup:
(carb)
1 cup of rice with some sauce/flavoring

2 hrs later
(protein)
1 chicken breast with non-fat cheese, some spices, cajun whatever

2 hrs later
(carb)
pasta noodles with small amount of marinara sauce

2 hrs later
1 beef tenderloin, fat trimmed off, english mustard topping

2 hrs later
1 nonfat plain yogurt with some fruits in it (not too much fruit tho, has sugar)

2 hrs later
Protein shake b4 bed (46-50grams of protein)

simple as that.. dont mix carbs and proteins is the key.... the eating every 2 horus with separation of carbs and protein will speed up your metabolism, in 2 hours, your body will have everything digested and you'll be hungry as hell...

stop by your local supermarket that roast those chickens and get the last one that's been sitting there all afternoon. Let it sit on your counter for another 2 hours, then devour. You will lose 10 pounds in 2 days.

:)

That's what I would have thought... in a city, particularly one with congested roads, wouldn't you be MORE likely to walk most places?

I live in suburbia so most things require the car. The local supermarket is a 45 minute walk.

mx8829 05-20-2008 01:42 PM

For those who doesnt have time to hit the gym or move to subburbs, here is a quick tip this can help you easyly keep the wait away.

1. Don't eat anything that has more than 8g of sugar
2. Avoid anything , drinks , snacks anything that has High-fructose corn syrup (HFCS)
our body doesnt no recogonise it and there for cannot break this sugar. hindering your insulin production thus you will pack them as weight.

I have just 5% body fat. while I work out regularly main thing help me keep my weight off was the above. its simple and works all the time.

Quite a few interesting tips--I've never he my own weight-lossard of any exercise guru recommending 3 hours of walking daily!!! That's obviously because no one would ever do it, the guru's book wouldn't sell, etc.

I'm on my own 30 pound weight loss program. Trying to get from 230 to 200. I don't think I can do it in 6 weeks though. in the last 3 weeks, I've lost all of 3 pounds. I' going back to what worked for me in 2001:

1. Eat 5 small meals per day, about the size of my fist.
2. Drink lots of water.
3. Only consume carbs if they have real nutritional value, (no white carbs) like oatmeal and 100% whole grain bread.

4. Since I'm older, I'll have to add exercise. I walked a lot back in 2001, but now I will work out harder. Minimum of 40 minutes, 3x per week. But I know I need to exercise pretty much daily.

I'd be THRILLED to be able to lose 30 pounds HALF as fast as kievdesign. If it can be done in 3 months, that would be great!

JayCabi 05-21-2008 12:09 AM

good stuff, nothing beats walking by the sea (in a hot place anyway)
