Ripping / Decoding DVD's?
I've got 5TB's of drive space waiting for my DVD collection to be added.
Any ideas as to which is the best software for ripping DVD's and keeping the DTS 7.1 and/or 5.1 audio on my HD's? |

ripit4me is the best its no longer supported but you can find a copy somewhere its real good

DVD Decrypter was the best, and it's freeware. It's been a couple years since I checked out the ripping forums, so I don't know if anything's replaced that as the #1 ripping software. The program hasn't been supported since 2005. Here's the wiki page:

haha I started this biz doing that.. it wasnt easy, I would imagine there are much easier ways.. since it was 8 years ago.. so I am no help I don't think.

SlySoft CloneDVD all my dvds are backed up with this program also check out their other programs using it together with AnyDVD it the best thing ever made |
