How do they really do this ? I mean how do they scrub more or scrub less. How and what do they apply to make this happen ?

Yes and typically it goes beyond just the folks that chargeback. Ibill for example also keeps a database of anyone that has requests a refund before and wont process a transaction by that person ever again in most cases.

If you for instance have a credit card from X country, and you are located in Y country when trying to signup, I know at least one of the processors scrub this.

agreed. it'd be a nightmare if it fell over and got onto my bag. i'm not in the mood to use the other one... yet. sometime soon though.

Anni I've always found that they usually only do this with people that demand refunds for 3 months worth of rebills or more.

I have repeatedly seen people join on trials, rebill, wait a few weeks then demand a refund on the rebill direct with ibill customer service and be given it only to do the same thing a couple of months later. :feels-hot

I wish there was a form field in the CMI that allowed us to bring these types people with this type of transaction history to their attention.
