Yes - Of course you can promote adult sites, write adult ads and bid on adult keywords - they take them every day and have since they started adwords

of couse you can, but there are certain words they dont allow in the ads
such as young, girl, teen, and the list goes on and on

its also probably very watery traffic and you need to serious keyword scubbing to make back your investment, which i think will only happen if you have reoccuring income
