"YouPorn" the most searched word on the web?

Followed by "Redtube"

http://www.hotwords.com/beta/page/rank

I'm pretty sure I remember seeing in the past "porn" used to be number one..

This biz is dooooooooooomed! :(

bronco67 05-15-2008 06:58 AM

What's even worse is, that people are so dumb that they had to search for it, instead of just typing in the URL. Yes, we are doomed.

roly 05-15-2008 08:57 AM

those rankings are way off according to wordtracker.

tiger 05-15-2008 09:28 AM

I don't think that list is very accurate.

Brad 05-15-2008 09:31 AM

why wouldn't these retards just type it in? I'm not buying that people are searching for google.

Horny Dude 05-15-2008 09:38 AM

That list is whack, they have yahoo.com at #10. Who would search the term instead of just typing it in.....hmmmm!

markz08 05-15-2008 09:40 AM

ahaha..right right...why include those things that can be easily type on the browser...totally obvious...

you would be suprised if I told you freeones.com is on of our top searches?

a lot of people seem to do it for all types of sites, I don't get it either

The list is crap though, agreed.

Brad Gosse 05-15-2008 10:18 AM

cherrylula 05-15-2008 10:26 AM

gee, that traffic must be gold.

/sarcasm

Miguel T 05-15-2008 10:36 AM

Ohhh man... this sucks.

badboyyy1974 05-15-2008 12:46 PM

They dont necessarily have to be searching for the domain to be included in results like that - if they're browser has a search engine toolbar installed, and they type into the broswer the domain they want, but are too lazy to put the www or http:// etc on the front, then most toolbars would automatically search for that domain term instead of going directly to the domain.

this is why the type in market is dying :winkwink:

Vick! 05-15-2008 01:38 PM

I am almost certain this is no way near accurate.

AlienQ - BANNED FOR LIFE 05-15-2008 01:52 PM

"But Tube sites are not effecting tgp's or my business whats so ever! Thus everything is just fine!"

I recall some TGp's guys saying that recently...

ROFLMAO!

UHhh huh sure Tube sites are not chewing into peoples wallet's sure!!!!
Like I fucking believe that!

AlienQ - BANNED FOR LIFE 05-15-2008 01:59 PM

Well that list is saying keywords and possibly advertising buys for resultant keywords?
I am not sure but it is saying keywords:/

But I got no idea why Google would be a sought after search word term to buy or search. Never really thought of that.

Wolfy 05-15-2008 02:01 PM

Do any of you ever watch other people surf?

Most of the people I deal with, when I'm at their place of business, type "google" into their search bar when I tell them to google something.

Most people don't know what the "address bar" is.

JayCabi 05-16-2008 08:06 AM

Looks like the list is reasonably accurate , word tracker reports the same :(

nico-t 05-16-2008 11:57 AM

damn, crazy

Cash 05-16-2008 03:48 PM

What's the idea with youporn.com and alike? Who the fuck has that site and for what reason? Lots of minutes of free porn, no ads, dooming the porn biz ...

respect 05-16-2008 03:51 PM

the list is not very accurate
