I need someone to do several sites for me. They are mainstream, not adult.

I need designers to be very high quality, clean, fast loading. I like sleek, glossy and grungy style designs. One design I really like for the site i need first is one similar to: http://tshirtgrafix.com/

I will try someone out for 1 design (paid of course) and I have a list of about 15 sites i need after that by aug/sept
