all those auto-appraisers are pretty lame... there are WAY more factors to consider than just those listed on the site...

I always laugh when people tell me that they will give me some low ball number based on some evaluation site. :1orglaugh:1orglaugh

But... I find them entertaining all the same. The difference between this top one, and Smitty's was only off by $25,000. Even then, it's still low at $60k.

At least Smitty's was a bit closer.
