Will the Visa regs hurt people who push big sponsors?
I don't quite get who is paying the $750...if a company like ARS has to pay Visa $750 to continue processing Visa cards, so what? They'll pay it. Does every webmaster sending traffic to ARS then also have to pay it?
Even if that were the case, why is that something to flip out about? So you're out $750? That's a shitty amount to lose, but then doesn't life go on and we keep accepting Visa? |
No, just the site owner pays it.
The problem I do see though is there will be much harder scrubbing, shaving, etc, because these guys dont want to get on the terminated merchant file. My signups with big guys like ars and maxcash have gone to shit. |

Interesting our ARS ratios on exit are better than they have been in awhile.
The payees choder, are the site owners, each of our US processors is getting 750 bucks from us. Of course our Euro guys got more than that to set up the acct without the new regs, so maybe it is a bargain. |
Just imagine how much money that Visa is going to get from all these webmasters!!
Jeeeeeeeeeesh!!! $750 US x 10,0000000000000!!! Man, good time to buy Visa shares! LOL! DH |
