I don't think American cell phone penetration in that age group (or any) is as high.

I used to own a cell phone company and Finland was leading the world in cell phone penetration back then. Now it is Iceland and I think Finland is number two.

America & Canada are really really slow with the cell phones..Its very common in Europe & Asian for most people to own a cellphone.

I don't know what part of America you guys live in, but I am always SHOCKED to meet someone who doesn't own a cell phone! Everyone I meet has one. Course I live in LA... :cool-as-a
