Mother's Day: What Are You Doing For Your Mom?
 

That one day a year where you're expected to do something nice and special for your mom and recognize the fact that she went through so much pain and suffering popping you out and raising you has finally come.

What do you plan on doing for your mom?

Or hell, I'm sure we have some mom's on here, what was done for you?

I'm pretty lame myself, I'm just giving my mom a simple phone call, wishing her a happy Mother's Day and catching up a little. Hopefully some of you out there can beat that.

I bought her some flowers...

But in the UK, mothersday was over a month ago...

Good work... Interesting, mother's day was over a month ago in the UK huh? Yea didn't know that at all. I guess it's probably cause I'm American and we're brainwashed from a young age to believe that only things that happen in America are important and other countries can be ignored lol.

Bought her a subscription to a hot lesbian paysite! A gift we can both enjoy!

I spent 10 hours cleaning her house top to bottom including even the window tracks! Then I picked her up from the airport yesterday in her car that my man had cleaned for her and she came home to fresh flowers on her kitchen table. I think I did good :)

Gonna see if she wants to go out for supper but she'll probably just want to stay and order chinese.

I bought her a perfume gift set (Badgley Mischka) and some roses

my mom is far away so i sent her a card with a gas card stuffed in it.

Gave her a check for $1000 and took her out for dinner

My sister and I bought her a gift certificate for a facial + haircut. Plus we got her, my dad, and my grandma 3 concert tickets for tonight.

Flowers,card and a nice lunch

Well I gave my mom a perfume and gave her my beauty soaps!;)

The wife and I put together a special DVD for my mother for Mother's Day.

We took all the old 8mm home movies (films) my parents had shot - dating back to the mid-50s (mostly of the kids) and transferred them all to DVD, then added a nice musical soundtrack to go with it.

She hadn't seen many of the movies in years, so we all sat down on the sofa and fondly reminisced together.

I gave her a card with her rent money in it. She was hurting for money this past month.
