Are there "manly" mini SUVs?
 

Are there any mini SUVs built for men or are they mostly catered to women like the BMW X3 X5?

What are some of the mini SUVs a real man would feel would feel proud of driving if there are any?

No, that's like asking if there is a manly purse a guy can buy.

The Jeep Liberty is not too bad. I drove a friend's today and towed my boat with it. (It was a diesel though , that adds extra manly points)

So I gather we men (i.e. non-metrosexual types), are stuck with fuel hungry full size SUVs!

Was looking at an SUV purchase late this year, and running into the same feeling - something small enough that my wife might feel comfortable driving, but still with a little macho... I looked at the 2009 Forrester - the redesign is not bad on the 2.5T Limited but it just doesn't do it, even with AWD and Lance Armstrong as spokesman...

I found myself checking out the BMW Xi wagons...but a wagon? A wagon? :1orglaugh Even with M effects? What do you think?

hehe...it is good to have a car that you and your partner will be comfortable to drive with...but is there any that will look feminine but still look macho...that's why most people go on a plain car...simple and can drive by anyone..

ml320 cdi? bonus man points for diesel...

you can also manly up any mini suv with bush bars and big wheels.

You could make this a bit more manly with the right paint job and mods.

Toyota FJ Cruiser or a Hummer H3

with a few mods, both are extremely capable offroad machines that I've seen go places that my lifted 4x4 F150-FX4 cant get to
