Few questions regarding the use of RSS Feeds
 

When using RSS feeds from a sponsor, is it generally seen as acceptable to add to the text that can be part of the feed, or even to chage the title or add a word to the title, basically to give it some uniqueness?

Also with RSS feeds, should i allow comments and pings for them or not?
