I would like to know if someone uses Yahoo Directory and if you use if you give this result to get traffic

I think it still carries a ton of weight with google to be listed in the yahoo dir

It used to be great to be listed in Yahoo directory, now it's not bad but nothing amazing. I think it does help with some of the other search engines as well.

Still carries some weight but 99% of the time not worth the money.

If you want solid, long term link weight, the yahoo link directory is one of VERY FEW places where you can do so. While i don't utilize inclusion services and add my sites to it, i do actively buy sites who have been listed there for a couple years, and their link power, juice or weight (as you want to call it) is very strong.

There is not many domains out there that can offer a link like that, and I mean longterm links, not a pay today, celebrate tomorrow type scenario.

As said above, it's not worth the money 99% of the time, but thats because 99% of the time, people don't know how to utilize it.
