Poor guy. I caught his stand up show after he got out of prison a while ago. It was great. They are really busting his balls, probably because the documentary probably makes his prosecution seem awfully foolish. He's almost seventy years old, he isn't hurting anyone, they should let him be.

They confiscated all the remaining 10,000 of the DVDs possibly because Tommy Chong is not allowed to profit from his conviction (wrongful conviction).

"I'm not profiting off the story of my first amendment violation at all," said Chong.

All they have done with this raid is piqued people's curiosity about the video... :stoned
