Credit cards factoring is illegal and all of you knew it. At one day it must be done. Online merchants should play under general rules like their offline brothers. Concerning with new VISA regulations there are no news for me.
Oh, sorry, one thing I couldn't predicted. It's $750 registration fee for sponsored merchants and annually fee especially.

All here is around two things: CB and rebill portfolio.
Firstly, it's charge back (CB) level. No more umbrellas from 3rd party billings, no more anonymity from VISA. It was explained too many times that if you deal with domestic buyers you take 1% CB level, if you deal with foreigners you take 2.5% CB level.

Therefore you need to have a look where your customers from. If you have most members from USA you need to be incorporated outside USA, if most members are located outside then USA corp will be better solution for you. As for me we have many members from USA, Japan and Germany so it will be huge mistake to have presence in these countries. Ron from CCBill said that they have offshore accounts. 3rd party billings processed cards with 2.5% of CB level at least so how you guys are going to be care with 1% domestic CB level? Also Ron said to amp that his personal assets (like saving accounts, real estate, etc.) would be involved too. If amp reach 1% of CB level with his sites it will be better for him to move from Maui to Fiji. The same climate but 2.5% CB level :1orglaugh

By the way I know old-fashioned company who offers offshore CCMA with 5% of CB level. Not sure how it works but they did it.

Well, I can resume that foreigners will have 2.5% CB Visa/MC level but Americans will get 1% of CB Visa/MC level only on USA domestic mrkt and their URL be supervised by VISA more harder and on regular base. Another words Americans (individuals and corporations) will be fucked often and dry. I?m sorry, it?s not mine, this is USA gov political decision in cooperation with Visa USA.
