What is the going rate?

How do I pay them? I want to make sure he isn't giving me a bunk deal.

Any advice is appreciated.

i am also pretty curious as to what people charge, I have a backlog of 2000 images I need cleaned up

i have always heard $1-3 an image, is that about right?

$3 an image sounds really high. It also depends on how bad the photos are.
