EPASS - give me my fucking money

Why dont you just send them the stuff they ask for? Takes a couple of hours and your epass should be working again.

I had a friend use his Visa card to open epass account for me, since I only have a mastercard and epass doesnt accept that. Not only was I brave enough to ask him to do that for me, now I need to ask him for all that info, which I did.. but this guy is extremly busy. so I figured until I get that from him.. if he gives that to me, I would take out the money I had, and not use epass until than.. we were given 30 days.

Verify your account BEFORE you start doing serious business with it. How many times has that been suggested on GFY? I lost count.

You made a stupid move having your friend load your account. Good luck, i wouldn't make any plans for that money. Its your own fault too.

Also, GFY != epass customer service

not sure why d'u think epass should make it all quick for you and make it at all if you have used other person's card to open your account.

My account was Verified for a couple years AS I was doing business with it. They jumped in the middle and siezed my funds.. So they get to keep my money if I don't supply the documents? thats fucking wrong.

So if they feel like it, they could just demand anything from you in order for you to keep using your epass, they should just think of something impossible for everyone to give and than freeze everyones funds, keep the money and get the fuck outta business.

Freeze my card but not the money I have in there. its mine period.. with or without whatever fucking info they want.

I am voicing how I feel and telling them to GO FUCK THEMSELVES.

obsiously whatever I say won't change anything until they get what they requested, which I am waiting for and more than likly they will get.

at the time he was a business partner of mine, but still a really good friend.

I used a MasterCard to verify mine, so that's not true. :winkwink:

Things that can also spark having to go through validation:

• Loading your account with a credit card that doesn't use the same Name and Address thats on the epass account.
• Changing your account's address or contact info

Don't do either of those things if you have money in the account you need.

Its all under his name, no worries.. and for all anyone here knows.. that name could just be mine.

Anyways.. seems my card isn't frozen, Techs are looking into it as to why I can't take out money.
