McCain & 2257 - Gettn' Tough on CP
 

Here's what we have to look forward to if Obama cant beat this guy -- read between the lines -- stronger 2257 requirements....

Arizona- [Phoenix Business Journal]- U.S. Sen. John McCain of Arizona said Wednesday he favors greater disclosure requirements for businesses to help police investigate child pornography, human trafficking and illegal sex rings.

The presumptive Republican presidential nominee said he also supports tough penalties on Internet companies and others that fail to report child porn or trafficking information.

Federal laws already require some Internet-based businesses to report suspected child pornography and human trafficking information posted on the Web. McCain has pushed for expanding those requirements in Congress, and he said in Minnesota on Wednesday that he would make a similar push as president.

McCain also wants to crack down on international sex trafficking and pressure countries with poor human rights and religious liberty records (including trading partners China and Saudi Arabia) to improve on those fronts.

The presidential contender cites links between the underage sex trade and trafficking rings and drug cartels. The Arizona-Mexico border is a prime entry point into the U.S. for those cartels.

I don't think anyone is pro CP or human trafficking, but our government is often clueless and they attack the wrong people. If they want to stop CP they wouldn't spend a ton of time and money trying to fight court cases for tighter 2257 rules, they would actually fund the FBI programs that actively hunt and go after CP traders. But instead they tend to make new laws that will "protect kids" so they can put on a show for the voters even though the law really won't do anything and will most likely get struck down in court.

2257 has never prevented CP.
2257 does not stop models with fake id's and still only punish the producer.
2257 has nothing to do with CP nor human trafficking.
2257 is just used by politicians and lobbiest like Walsh to pretend like they are fighting CP.

why do i need NEW docs crossrefrencing shit, and now 2 government issued id's for the past XX years for my 70 year old model for my granny site? the shoot happend in 1998, which was legal then, but in 2005 they told me what was legal then now needed all of this impossible shit.... new id's, new forms, crossreference, shit, etc..

and my model died of old age 6 years ago....

This is very true. He goes back and forth on just about every subject. I actually liked him when he was running against Bush.

Obama is still an unknown as to if he supports similar legislation as McCain, and if he will need too apease the BLACK Christian Community.

If we get McCain, it will be another mirror image of the Years we've had to live with, with this so called President in office now. McCain can't even keep his own state in order so I doubt he is capable of running this Country.

On another note, we also don't need a president that is obviously going to require allot of medical attention at the tax payers expense. I do understand the president gets the best of medical attention paid for by taxpayers, but this McCain is all gimped up and seems to have some pre existing medical problems that we should not have to pay for.
