Should I ever trust a female to house sit?
 

I flew up to Seattle for 2 1/2 days and in that time my female friend re-arranged my furniture, broke my favorite planter pot (while trying to move it), did not let my Shepherd out enough so he pissed on the floor (she did not see all the spots and I later discovered them dried), did not clean up after herself, etc.

I don't think she was malicious, more like a typical female who is compelled to change a guy.

I am hanging out with this other girl who is constantly trying to take me out to buy new clothes for myself.

My last girlfriend was found digging through my boxes in my closet which contained all of my old photos of friends and family.

Do I just pick bad girls or do most women feel the need to change a guy and go through his personal things like she is a cop on C.S.I? :helpme

They're not all snoopy. Some are kept in a box in the basement.

I go to LA weekly, and when I had friends who were girls house sitting, it was inevitable: they don't like being alone in a strange place; hence, they invite a dude to spend the night with them.

Forget about planter pots, your dog, and your furniture: check your sheets, bro. Notice anything different?

Most girls would try to change a guy in one or another way, whenever they feel they can.

most girls I know are very very messy, their houses, their cars, etc, all a total disaster areas. Occasionally there are some neat ones, but they are for some reason usually Asian.

I am going to take a pass on that one but I hope this technique works with your "womens".:)

That's correct. My sister's friend once had to sit another friends house for a week. The only problem is she was scared as hell. The slighest noise of wood cracking would freak her out.

Basically we ended up partying there and there were different people in the house every day.

I just give them a set amount of guide lines they need to follow.

Take the dog out X amount of times, Clean up all used dishes, Make sure you flush my toliets daily, etc.....

It usually helps when I point out the security cameras I have hidden throughout my house too, but thats another story.

BTW, What kind of poorly trained German Shepherd pisses in the house even when it hasn't been taken out more then 3x a day?? You should really look into some classes if it isn't to late.

He is a rescue and is getting better every day. He does not have any problems when I am around.
