Does anyone know of any scripts? kinda like what http://www.cozyfrog.com uses.

I want a script that I can ad links with descriptions without having to log into my directory root and edit it manualy everytime I want to update my site and add a new site link and description.

Also it has to be where other webmasters can fill out information to submit their link on one of my resource categories.

Please give me the link to the scripts, I prefer a free script right now to get the hang of but will pay for one.
