maybe you had a second sign up who charged back or got a credit. Have you asked the company yet?

Many people have their NATS misconfigured so webmaster referrals show up as a signup; you won't show any pay until they make any sales, though.

Could be a webmaster referal, chargeback or credit check with the sponsor :thumbsup

what he said. I was confused when I first saw that as well. Check the "site" for the total sign ups? If that does not clear it up ask the sponsor.
