FedEx sucks anus poo

This is fucking sad as hell.. I ordered something that was supposed to be delivered on the 3rd by FedEx. For what ever reason it's gets held up until today the 6th. Being I've had trouble with FedEx deliveries in the past (I have a security door at the front of my building) I opted to have them hold the package so I could just pick it up.

I've done it a few times in the past and the FedEx office is only like 10 mins away. Well I just check my tracking number to see if it made it to the location. Yep it sure did the fuckers took it to Cocoa which is about a hour drive from here.

I never have these kinds of problems with UPS. Hell UPS guys will stop and honk the horn so I don't have to worry about missing them. FedEx on the other hand just drive right by the building making me have to request them to hold the package.

Holy fuck why is it FedEx sucks so damn bad?

Sosa 05-06-2008 07:31 AM

fedex is awesome around here.

CurrentlySober 05-06-2008 07:37 AM

Fedex Rules. maybe you have some bad luck

PurrrsianPussyKat 05-06-2008 08:01 AM

Our ups guy give my dog biscuits when he delivers a pkg. My dog calls him "The biscuit man".
He always honks when he pulls up out front so I know he's here.

acctman 05-06-2008 08:11 AM

It depends on the station the package was shipped out from. The package may of not been sent to your local station prior to delievery.

MaxCandy 05-06-2008 08:28 AM

Officially they will not transport porn either !

eadweb 05-06-2008 08:39 AM

In my experience its exactly the opposite. FedEx has always been flawless for me. UPS sucks the proverbial donkey balls. In fact right now I'm waiting on a UPS shipment that was supposed to be delivered on the 1st. It's now the 6th. What good is a delivery company that does not deliver?

markz08 05-06-2008 08:44 AM

FedEx is good maybe you've just had an encounter with "bad luck"...better luck next time...hehe

payd2purv 05-06-2008 10:04 AM

Obviously neither of those companies have the same quality service for everyone.

Each person using FedEx and UPS is going to have their own experience and opinion of each company.

So that's great guys you think Fedex rocks or you think UPS rocks and you believe you are right..

Well it doesn't matter! lol

Yer lucky if all FedEx did was put your delivery to the wrong depo.. Atleast yer shit isn't destroyed..

Contact them and tell them what depo you want it at.. cause for ME they do that.. :)

JP-pornshooter 05-06-2008 10:27 AM

i use fedex only for shipping content worldwide so far they have been great..try to use UPS to canada next day.. just not gonna happen.

FedEx rocks around here. DHL is awful. I've gotten 2 guys on my DHL route fired (too bad they didn't know I went to HS with a head honcho's wife ;) )

One time I watched the DHL guy pull over in the left lane of a 4 lane road with a median, stand on the median and toss a package over the other 2 lanes to land in the business's front yard.

The FedEx and UPS guys actually live around here - the DHL ones are from an Atlanta burb and I heard one say if he couldn't get up here and back to his hub by 5, he wasn't even going to try to make the delivery. I ended up waiting over a week for an overnight delivery AND even tried to go to their hub where the driver SAID it was, but it was still on his truck. On a weekend.

(those were the two I got fired, BTW)

My experience is the total opposite Fed Ex deliveries are always ontime and the package undamaged. UPS always seem to destroy my stuff, its like they use the parcel to play football with. Oh and try making a claim with them, even there drivers tell me i stand more chance of winning the lottery than making a successful UPS insurance claim :321GFY

the Shemp 05-06-2008 11:47 AM

even if they are 99.5% perfect, you are still going to have 25,000 C/S complaints per day...

Some Guy 05-06-2008 11:57 AM

Ha! My brother is actually the manager of a FedEx in New England. He runs a pretty tight ship (or should I say truck) there, but as it's been said, service varies from location to location. It's like that with every business.

Kudles 05-06-2008 08:26 PM

That sucks. They have always helped me out.

Porko 05-06-2008 09:03 PM

fedex rules. best company ever.
they send my ccbill cheques from USA to Argentina in 3 days. Sometimes, 2 days.
always on time. ITs expensive but it worth.

FedEx is awesome, UPS sucks balls

rowan 05-07-2008 01:03 AM

Probably depends on the local contractor. Some do their job as expected, others are lazy and work the system the best they can.

I had one guy doing a "same day" delivery who was supposed to come before 5pm; he turned up at 10 minutes to 8pm (literally seconds after my wife left), didn't turn up AT ALL the next day (another day wondering if I went out whether I'd miss him again), then finally dumped the package on my doorstep the following afternoon... without knocking or otherwise indicating that he was delivering a package. It was supposed to have arrived <48 hours earlier.

fallenmuffin 05-07-2008 01:14 AM

I can't remember the last time I had anything sent using FedEx. Everything comes UPS or nothing. 1-800-PICK-UPS!

Really, how is FedEx staying in business lol.

stevo 05-07-2008 01:19 AM

Damn that's a nice long trip on I95!

k0nr4d 05-07-2008 03:19 AM

DHL is the worst one. The guy left a fucking LCD screen outside on my doorstep for 8 hours once. For the signature, he wrote 'door'.

SmokeyTheBear 05-07-2008 08:09 AM

years ago i ordered something thru UPS and on the day it was supposed to ship i was working away from my house. I happened to see the UPS guy pulled over on the side of the road so i went up to the truck and explained i was waiting for a new computer but i wasn't going to be at the door to pick it up. He said " whats your name" , i told him , and he grabbed the package from the back and handed it to me.

on one hand i was glad to get my parcel , on the other hand i was a bit suprised he didnt get me to sign or check my i.d. etc

SmokeyTheBear 05-07-2008 08:09 AM

just be glad you didnt get this guy
