How well do peel ads work for you?
 

Feels like everybody is asking for them, and we do have some now. Have they been working for you or do people want them because they are trendy at the moment?

I don't use em... makes the page seem more cluttered

I dont like them, but companies prepay for those ads on my sites all the time

I've never tried them sofar, but I see them quiet often lately, so might give them a try soon...

Just put some on, the response I've gotten by friends say they are cool, but as far as the surfer aspect I have no idea yet

they're terrible, they don't convert at all, surfers hate them, and you will not see more signups, everybody stop using them immediately...

Very poorly in most cases. I have not had a good peel campaign yet.

Just started working with peal ads and haven't had alot of luck with them, I will continue testing them out.

I put some up that collect email addresses a few months ago...

I haven't checked them yet... Don't expect much, but I dont think they hurt...

maybe you should change the teaser design from a steaming pile of poo to some naked girls?

they were cool for like 15 minutes, now they are more annoying than anything.

I don't get what the big deal is about them. Lately everyone wants them but they are jammed up in the fucking corner where no one can see them... They can't possibly be getting good click-thru ratios

i dont use them on my sites... I notice that sometimes the normal links on the site who are in the area of where the peel goes to when its opened dont work in FF. Dont know about IE.

We added them recently tot TotemCash thinking i would do a killing because our desktop stippers are a on the side of all the rest. Some affiliates have been doing a killing with them, other don't have good results (good clicks but not so many sales), so I don't know yet. I guess you shouldn't expect too much of it, it's like any other tool, give it a try, test, tune and then test more and see if it works for you :)
