Really? I'll bet you've drank bottles of wine that cost more that an AWE sponsorship....

I can see both sides to their rule, I think a few people in the past took advantage of being able the spam the show without sponsoring, so they had to clamp down.

It sucks when all my friends can't attend because of it though.

p.s. You do not need toi be a sponsor to attend, just can;t promote youirself unless you are a sponsor. It is a fair rule.

Amen. I will most likely be in L.A. but I will steer clear of the show as requested. The shows are great for the newbies and to visit with friends but that can wait until CybernetExpo and Internext.....Or next year if my plans go through for sponsoring them. :)

Is it ok to just come on Saturday and not on Friday?? It says on the website that pre-registration is on Friday night, but if u registered already can u just come on Saturday? I think I'd rather go just on Saturday .

You can come and go as you please.

If it's your first one the party on Fri might be good to 'break in' and meet the people before the seminars the next day. *shrug* I'm in OC and I'll probably be there Fri night & Sat. just to get the maximum schmooze in :)
