Honkey, cracker, etc are associated with good looking, hard working, creative, smart anglo-teutonic peoples. Not exactly a good insult.

It depends on the white people. My family is from Italy and we're considered white (although Italians weren't considered white until the early part of the 20th century here) and there's plenty of slurs for Italians.
