Question to you Pornographers....

When you guys watch your pornos or supply your members with them.
Do you start off your vids right at the Fucking Scenes, or do you think members like to see some foreplay and teasing building up to the Main Hardcore Fucking Scenes?

This is a pretty broad question. But if you want a simple answer, I think it is important to have *something* before the hardcore fucking part of the scene. It could be a tease, a storyline, a silly pickup, or an interview followed by oral sex and more stuff, You need something appropriate to the scene depending on the movie or web site. But that being said it seems like some consumers can enjoy simple hardcore clips even if they are only a fraction of the original scene or video. But I still think it makes sense to make the effort for those watching in long form.

I agree..I just wanted to get an idea of what everyone thought of.
I actually the like to story line, whatever that may be in porn. :1orglaugh But that's my favorite part.

Just wanted to get some feedback.

Actually as a surfer, I'd like to see some foreplay and teasing building up to the Main Hardcore Fucking Scenes.
It makes the blood boil.

It's about the fantasy, you can go straight in with the sex if you still hook it to a fantasy. Or build it via the lead in. So the answer is both and neither.

DWB 05-05-2008 05:51 AM

If the fantasy is good, build it up. The problem is so many are producing SHITTY videos with lame fantasies that are just too dumb to believe. As if some guy is going to show up with his cock in the middle of a pizza box. Come on.

When I even look at videos, I go to the action. Who needs foreplay unless it's real or hot.

Should always have some build up, even in photos.. Never get why the first picture of a set has a girl with a dick in her mouth already.

Like if your customers do enjoy the foreplay, they can see it.

If they don't, they're used to moving ahead in the scene anyways.

Cyndalie 05-05-2008 06:36 AM

I disagree. For teasers they don't want to see the buildup, they want to know if the site offers the hardcore fucking, specific sex act, or tone/type of fuck they are looking for.

BVF 05-05-2008 06:37 AM

start off with a dick in her mouth.

I don't enjoy at all porn watching without having some softcore first, same thing with sex.

All of our stuff has a pretty heavy-handed scripted set up, like the plumber arrives to fix the pipes etc. and then the wawawa-wickawickawicka music kicks in after a few minutes. Might as well shoot the soft opening, just in case that works for someone. Anyone else can just fast forward to the hard action if he wants.

On another note: In Germany, it's an actual law that you need to open a scene with a "scripted" set-up that shows the people know each other, that the sex is consensual, and then naturally progresses into a hardcore scene.

Semi-Retired-Dave 05-05-2008 10:36 AM

Thanks for all your feedback. Keep them coming if you don't mind.
