The work is for some friends who are on a budget. So if you make tours for 1000-3000 dollars, then your best not to post me your work as they won't be able to afford those prices.

This is the internet, why would location matter? Someone could do the work in Africa and just e-mail you the graphics.
Why would you need someone physically located in Vancouver?
