wrong... its due to visa and bank regs....

i been using epassporte for years, I didn't mind the fees, but the government id thing is bullshit, and its much easier to get paid by sponsors.

So by making a person verify who they are just as a true bank does wouldn't cut back on the amount of scaming and fraud?
