So can i still have money sent to me and withdraw it before having to send in ID?
 

I understand security measures but epass just lost half their customer base. Is this possible?

I think that you have 30 days to do it in and during that time you can still have $ sent to you and use your card. After the 30 days I think that is when you wouldn't be able to. Don't take my word though since I have no idea. Just assuming that it's like that.

Hopefully. I need money sent to me today and if these guys think they can hold it hostage until i give them more information than my bank requests they are gonna have a lot of upset people on their hands.

I was able to send out cash last night and this morning and my account has been flagged needing the documentation.

I have 2 accounts and just sent from one to the other with no issue, and both are flagged needing documents.

So it looks like nothing is frozen until the 30 days has passed (I guess)
