#1 of those two, but what I would do is have one where on the front it just says datinggold and put the gold block symbol on the back of the hat right above where the strap connects. If you've seen recent NHL and probably other sports hats, etc... you know what I mean :)

They are all cool, I would wear #3 if it has to have text, otherwise 2 is the best, but the first one makes the most sense.
