A vote for Hillary isn't a vote for a 39% tax increase for the wealthy. Such a plan wouldn't make it out of Congress.

But I will say that something needs to be done to breathe life back into the USA's middle class, which is losing it's wealth to the upper classes. A direct effect that hits close to home are worsening ratios here in adult.

O'Reilly seems pretty well behaved for him.
