Does anyone know of a tube site script you can buy and install on your domain ??

Does TEVS have facilities for user uploads yet?

I think the whole idea behind tevs was that there is no user uploads and the content is all webmaster controlled, thus legal.

You can control user uploads and remain legal, it just takes more work and some verification.

When you allow uploads by surfers, it gives the owner of the site a loophole to allow stolen content. Even if the content uploaded is verified, the option is still there.
