Is Adium 1.2.5 stable for Mac

Hi,

Was having connection problems with 1.2 as many of you were as well from a previous post so I went back to 1.1 as recommended and it works fine. Is the new 1.2.5 release working better than 1.2?

Thanks

Not sure - I don't use a MAC - maybe you can change that ..LOL ?

I had put in some tickets and worked with them to get this version stable on the MBP. It appears to be well based on the beta I have ben running and the upgrade to stable I did earlier.

You went back for the same issue I did and that is fixed. Back up your copy and try it I think you will see all is well now.

I'll stick with 1.2.4 for the time being then. :)

LilBro 04-29-2008 11:33 AM

i have AIM, ICQ, MSN, Jabber running and no issues here

duff 04-29-2008 11:34 AM

1.2.5 seems fine for me... although I haven't experienced any issues what-so-ever from previous versions either.

LAJ 04-29-2008 12:05 PM

Heh.. I'm still on 1.0.4 and love it. No need to change.

NETbilling 04-29-2008 03:22 PM

I will try it out and post...

Thanks, Mitch

1.2.4 wasn't working with ICQ if you had a lot of contacts. Just kept connecting and disconnecting.

I reverted to 1.1.1 until this morning when I saw the update to 1.2.5. I installed the latest version and so far it seems to be working flawlessly.

NETbilling 04-29-2008 03:55 PM

It is working great so far.... no more disconnecting problems

MaDalton 04-29-2008 04:19 PM

i wish someone would write an import tool for Trillian contacts and history

Thurbs 04-30-2008 05:40 AM

so its comfirmed that 1.2.5 is a winner?
