hacking excel/logins?
 

hey guys, have you ever seen an exe that when run opens up excel, and then prompts for a username/password..??

its this global simulation game.. Im wondering if someone knows how to hack/bypass excel document like that.

is it a passworded .xls file?

nah its an excel program that connects to a database/server to pull information.. anyway to know what info its pulling? or see the connections to the database?

you could try to sniff the traffic, but my guess is that you are being prompted for the DB login information. You will not see any data it is pulling without authentication.
